This training is provided as an opportunity to properly instruct you on the correct procedures for completing Sister Study Examiner Forms, and to improve prior to a request to your branch office to be removed from completing visits. | |

 | An On-line Training Guide which covers what occurs when a data collector knowingly records information in a manner that is counter to the study protocol or procedures. |

| A Post Test to measure your understanding of the material that is presented in this Guide. |

| Upon completion of the Training Guide and Examination, you will receive an email Letter of Completion. | |
